Panera Bread

Canceling your Panera Sip Club Subscription is very easy. You can do it on the Panera Bread app but canceling on the website is easier.

To cancel your Panera Sip Club subscription:

  1. Go to the Panera website or app and sign in to your MyPanera account.

  2. Once you have signed in to your account, click the MyPanera Subscriptions section of the website or app.

  3. On the MyPanera Subscription section, click the Cancel Subscription. You might have to scroll down depending on how small or large your window is, or if you are canceling via the app.

  4. Confirm your selection by clicking Cancel My Subscription which will appear on a pop-up window.

Panera might show you a pop-up with exclusive offers to make you keep your subscription. You can choose to review the offer and see whether it is enticing enough to make you keep the subscription.

If you are set on canceling your Sip Club membership, click Cancel My Subscription to confirm your choice.

You should be redirected to a page that confirms your subscription has been canceled. A cancellation confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.

When canceling your membership, you have to make sure to cancel it before the start of your next renewal date so you won’t be charged for another month.

Reasons to Cancel Your Panera Sip Club Subscription

High Protein Panera Meals

Canceling your Sip Club subscription can be a tough decision, especially if you are used to redeeming the benefits often. But, sometimes you have to cancel because of different circumstances.

Here are some reasons why you might want to cancel your Panera Sip Club membership.

Change in Location

If you have to suddenly move to an area where a Panera branch is somewhat inaccessible or pretty far away, it might be inconvenient for you to go to Panera just to redeem your Sip Club benefits.

Sure, you can have it delivered but you need to buy something else to get the $0 delivery fee benefit. If you are just after the free drink, it might not be worth continuing your membership.

You Don’t Go to Panera Often

If you find yourself not going to Panera lately, you might not be getting your money’s worth if you are still a Sip Club member. There may be times when you are too busy to go to Panera or you find a new restaurant that serves drinks that you like better.

Think about your Panera spending habits and see if you go enough to enjoy the benefits of being a Sip Club member. If you find that you only go twice or thrice a month, it might not be worth it anymore.

Added Cost

Sometimes life throws you a curveball and you have to cut down on expenses. If you find yourself suddenly with a tight budget, you might have to sacrifice your Panera Sip Club membership.

While it’s great to get free drinks, the Sip Club membership is still adding to your monthly or annual expenses. If you need to save money, cutting on subscriptions can be a great way to save every penny you need.

Change in Drinking Habits

I’m one to drink juice, coffee, and even soda over water and I definitely know this can be unhealthy. If you’re like me and like spending money on flavored drinks, I understand how you may want to continue your Panera subscription.

But, if you are thinking of cutting back on caffeine or soda, having a Sip Club membership may not benefit you anymore. If you no longer go to Panera because of the change in your drinking habits, it may be time to cancel your subscription.

Changed Your Mind? How to Resubscribe Your Panera Sip Club Membership

If you cancel your membership days or weeks before your next billing cycle, you can subscribe again if you change your mind. You don’t have to go through the whole process of subscribing if you plan on doing so.

To resubscribe:

  1. Go back to the Panera website or app and sign in to your MyPanera account.
  2. Go to the MyPanera Subscriptions section of the website or app.

  3. Click Resubscribe to activate your existing subscription.

If you want to subscribe again long after you’ve canceled your subscription, you’ll have to go through the whole enrolment process as if you are a new member.

Your renewal charge date may be different depending on when you subscribed again. Take note that if you cancel after the renewal date and you don’t plan on renewing your subscription, you won’t get a refund for the extra month that you are charged.

What you can do is cancel your membership right away and just enjoy the Sip Club membership until your subscription expires. If you are having trouble canceling your subscription, you can call Panera’s customer care at 1-855-372-6372.

Wrapping Up

It can be hard to cancel subscriptions, especially if you enjoy the benefits that you get. But, if it no longer serves a purpose, it is best to cancel it.

If you have decided to cancel your Panera Sip Club Subscription, you can still enjoy the drinks they offer along with other food items.

If you really want to enjoy some of Panera's drinks without having to subscribe, you can always make the Green Tea or Charged Lemonade at home. These two drinks are very easy to make and can save you more money.

You can always join the membership if circumstances have changed and you want to enjoy the benefits of the Panera Sip Club again!
