  4. If you are using instant coffee, you can mix it with the protein drink right away. Just make sure it is hot, or even warm so that the coffee granules can dissolve. If you are using milk, you can also mix the coffee grounds in it. 
  5. If you are using a protein drink, pour the protein drink in the glass with coffee. 
  6. Add a couple of pumps of your chosen sugar-free flavored syrup and sauce, and mix everything together.
